Details of the Genshin Impact · Cloud Quick Access are as follows:

I. Genshin Impact First-Time Login Queue Privilege

If you have never logged in to Genshin Impact before, when logging into Genshin Impact · Cloud for the first time, you will be able to enter the game through Quick Access within 72 hours after the first login.

II. Cloud Pass Quick Access Privilege

Travelers who have a Cloud Pass will be able to enter the game through Quick Access. Detailed privilege rules are as follows:

1. Travelers who have an active Cloud Pass can enjoy the Quick Access privilege. Once their Cloud Pass expires, they will no longer be able to enjoy this privilege.

2. Travelers who have an active Cloud Pass will join the Quick Access queue by default when entering the game. Travelers who previously did not have a Cloud Pass will have to purchase one and re-enter the queue to enjoy this privilege.

III. Cloud Coins Quick Access Privilege

Travelers who have Cloud Coins will be able to use them to enter the game through Quick Access. Detailed rules are as follows:

1. If you have both Cloud Coins and Free Trial time, you may choose whether or not you want to spend Cloud Coins to use Quick Access. If you choose to do so, you will only be able to use Cloud Coins in this game session as payment, and cannot spend Free Trial time.

2. If you have Cloud Coins but don't have an active Cloud Pass or Free Trial time, you'll join the Quick Access queue by default when entering the game. Cloud Coins will be used as payment for the current game session.

3. If you have both Cloud Coins and an active Cloud Pass, you'll join the Quick Access queue using your "Genshin Impact · Cloud" Cloud Pass by default.

IV. Genshin Impact Recent Returnee Queue Privilege

If you have recently returned and logged into Genshin Impact after having not logged in for at least 14 days in a row, as a returnee you'll be able to enjoy accelerated queue times for 3 days after returning.

Example: If a Traveler who meets the Returnee Eligibility conditions returns and logs into the game on January 1, 18:00, they will enjoy accelerated queue times as a returnee for 3 days from January 1, 18:00 to January 3, 23:59. They will no longer enjoy this privilege from January 4, 00:00.

Please note, the specific period that returnees will enjoy accelerated queue times may differ. Please refer to the actual period of effect.
